If someone is paying attention when they read Psalm 19:1-4a, there would be no question in their mind that evolution is nothing more than a theory devised by minds that have been blinded to the TRUTH of God's Word!
1 THE HEAVENS declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows and proclaims His handiwork. 2 Day after day pours forth speech, and night after night shows forth knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor spoken word [from the stars]; their voice is not heard. 4 Yet their voice [in evidence] goes out through all the earth, their sayings to the end of the world.
Without speaking words in a known language, these examples of God's wondrous creation SHOUT his Name and His Presence! Look at Romans 1:20:

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: KJV
20 For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification] AMP
