 Shalom,

Today we will be looking at Psalm 91 through our Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan

Psalm 91

1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand]. 2 I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust! 3 For [then] He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. 4 [Then] He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings shall you trust and find refuge; His truth and His faithfulness are a shield and a buckler. 5 You shall not be afraid of the terror of the night, nor of the arrow (the evil plots and slanders of the wicked) that flies by day, 6 Nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor of the destruction and sudden death that surprise and lay waste at noonday. 7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not come near you. 8 Only a spectator shall you be [yourself inaccessible in the secret place of the Most High] as you witness the reward of the wicked. 9 Because you have made the Lord your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, 10 There shall no evil befall you, nor any plague or calamity come near your tent. 11 For He will give His angels [especial] charge over you to accompany and defend and preserve you in all your ways [of obedience and service]. 12 They shall bear you up on their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone. 13 You shall tread upon the lion and adder; the young lion and the serpent shall you trample underfoot. 14 Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high, because he knows and understands My name [has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness—trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake him, no, never]. 15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him My salvation.

This Psalm is one of promised protection, provision and safety as we seek to live HIS WAY! There is ALWAYS an answer and a way out of every situation through the ONE Who loves us MOST and BEST! COUNT on it! COUNT oon HIM! AMEN! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "As I Am":

 Shalom,

Today I want to share from Jerry Savelle's website devotional!

WORDS – THEY MATTER!

Words play an such important factor in determining whether or not you will live in the fullness of the blessing or not. And if you want to live in the fullness of the blessing, then you need to begin to confess it with your mouth.

Why is it so important to confess with your mouth that you live in the fullness of the blessing? Why do you need to agree with God?

Because what you say out of your mouth matters. God knows it and the devil knows it. That is why the devil has worked so hard to deceive us into believing that what we say doesn’t matter. Remember that saying, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never heart me.”

The truth is that words can hurt you. The Bible even says they can bring death.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” Proverbs 18:21

If you are going to agree with God that you are living in the fullness of the blessing, then you can’t agree with the devil (by speaking your circumstances) at the same time. That’s called mingled seed (Leviticus 19:19).

I am not saying to pretend that negative things are not happening. I am not saying to just pretend that your electric bill isn’t due or that your mortgage isn’t due. I am not saying to pretend that sickness and disease do not exist or that marital problems don’t exist. What I am saying is that pretending is not faith. Faith doesn’t pretend. Faith believes. Faith attacks. And faith is now.

No matter what you are going through, your situation does not change the Word of God. What will change your situation is when you get your words in line with THE Word, and THE Word says that you are blessed and highly favored!

AMEN! NEVER give up on the WORD of God! His Word is TRUTH (John 17:17)! Here is Hillsong with "Say The Word":

Shalom,

Today I want to share from Joseph Prince's "Grace Inspirations" devotional again!

ONLY CHRIST'S ATONEMENT SATISFIES GOD

1 John 2:1–2 ...if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins...

Today, Jews still observe Yom Kippur or the Day of Atonement. As the name suggests, it is a day set aside to make atonement for one’s sins. But for Christians, this beautiful feast points to Jesus and what He did for us on the cross. Because of His sacrifice, all our sins have already been perfectly atoned for. That is why, should we sin, we know that “we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.” And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins.

Now, it does not say that if anyone repents, we have an Advocate with the Father. It says that if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father. The moment a child of God sins, straightaway, his Advocate, Jesus Christ, goes into action to pray for and protect him.

What about repentance then?

The word “repentance” is metanoia in the Greek, which means to change one’s mind. For example, you used to believe that Jesus was just a good man. Then one day, you repented and believed that He is the Son of the living God, who died for your sins and rose again on the third day, and you gladly took Him as your Savior.

Bible repentance is not this idea of hitting or punishing yourself to atone for your sins. Don’t turn it into a human work, like the man who went to a priest to confess his sins. When they were done, the priest asked the man, “By the way, what do you do for a living?” The man replied, “I’m a contortionist,” and proceeded to give a demonstration. Another man came along wanting to confess his sins. When he saw the contortionist all twisted up on the ground, he said, “If this is repentance, forget it!” and ran off!

My friend, there is no need to climb the Himalayas or whip your back bloody to atone for your sins. No amount of self-punishment or crying can atone for them. Your sins have already been punished fully in the body of Jesus. Only His finished work satisfies God. So change your mind and simply believe that Jesus alone is the propitiation for your sins!

AMEN! Rejoice every day in the Salvation that the work of JESUS on the cross provided for YOU! Here is  Hillsong with "At The Cross":

 Shalom,

Today's "Faith Food" by Kenneth E. Hagin is another great one!

God-Inside

Do you not discern and understand that you [the whole church at Corinth] are God’s temple (His sanctuary), and that God’s Spirit has His permanent dwelling in you [to be at home in you, collectively as a church and also individually]? . . . — 1 CORINTHIANS 3:16 (Amplified)

God Himself, after He makes us new creatures, actually makes our bodies His home. No longer does He dwell in an earth-made Holy of Holies. God says, “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you? . . . ” (1 Corinthians 6:19).

We need to become mindful that we are the temple of the Holy Spirit — we have God inside of us!

Chiseled on the front of a beautiful church in Texas is an Old Testament scripture declaring that the building was the temple of God. I get provoked every time I drive by. Why? Because these people have a lie right on the front of their church building!

To say that a church building is the house of God because He dwells there, is incorrect. God doesn’t dwell in a church building. If we mean that a church building is the house of God because it has been dedicated to God, that is correct. But we must be careful not to confuse spiritual things with natural things. Therefore, we must be careful to state spiritual things as they really are.

Your body is the house or temple of God — not the building where you worship. Remembering this fact will help you in your obedience and in your faith.

Confession: My body is the temple of God. God has His permanent dwelling in me. God is at home in me.

AMEN! I am, and you are, a child of God! We are the 'house of the Lord'! HE lives in US by His Spirit! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "All of My Life":

 Shalom,

"My Utmost For His Highest" by Oswald Chambers for today is something that I have had to put into practice!

The “Go” of Reconciliation

If you…remember that your brother has something against you… —Matthew 5:23

This verse says, “If you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you….” It is not saying, “If you search and find something because of your unbalanced sensitivity,” but, “If you…remember….” In other words, if something is brought to your conscious mind by the Spirit of God— “First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift” (Matthew 5:24). Never object to the intense sensitivity of the Spirit of God in you when He is instructing you down to the smallest detail.

“First be reconciled to your brother….” Our Lord’s directive is simple— “First be reconciled….” He says, in effect, “Go back the way you came— the way indicated to you by the conviction given to you at the altar; have an attitude in your mind and soul toward the person who has something against you that makes reconciliation as natural as breathing.” Jesus does not mention the other person— He says for you to go. It is not a matter of your rights. The true mark of the saint is that he can waive his own rights and obey the Lord Jesus.

“…and then come and offer your gift.” The process of reconciliation is clearly marked. First we have the heroic spirit of self-sacrifice, then the sudden restraint by the sensitivity of the Holy Spirit, and then we are stopped at the point of our conviction. This is followed by obedience to the Word of God, which builds an attitude or state of mind that places no blame on the one with whom you have been in the wrong. And finally there is the glad, simple, unhindered offering of your gift to God.

I was asked to do this very thing by Holy Spirit concerning something that I had done even before I was born again, because it had deeply hurt someone. When I apologized for the hurt and explained that the Lord had spoken to me to do so, MY part was done and Holy Spirit was given an entrance where He previously had none! I no nothing of what transpired after I did  my part, and it is NOT my business to know! MY business was to be obedient! I WAS! And my life has been one blessing after another since that time! As YOU continue to follow the Lord in obedience to His Word and to Holy Spirit within you, you, too, will see your life change for the better! When JESUS became the most important person for me to please, HE caused me to have FAVOR with everyone else that I needed to have favor with! He WILL, most certainly, do the same for you!  Shalom,

Today I want to share again from Joseph Prince's "Grace Inspirations" devotional.

A GREATER BLESSING IS IN STORE FOR YOU

Romans 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Whenever the devil throws something at us, we need not lose hope. In fact, we can be sure that God will turn it around for our greater blessing because He is for us.

When God first made man, He gave man dominion over everything on earth. (Genesis 1:26) But when Adam fell, sin and death entered the world, and man lost his authority to the devil.

So did the devil win? No, God executed His redemption plan by sending His Son Jesus to die for us. And He wants us to know that Jesus’ death did more than just restore us to the same position that Adam had—it placed us in a much higher position!

When the Father raised Jesus from the dead, we who are in Christ were raised with Him. In other words, we are now seated with Him at God’s right hand in the heavenly places, “far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come”! (Ephesians 1:21) Adam never had this position. So through Jesus’ death and resurrection, we have received so much more.

In the Old Testament, we read of how God brought the Israelites out of bondage in Egypt into a land flowing with milk and honey. The devil thought that he could foil God’s plan by putting giants in the promised land to stop the Israelites from inheriting it. But God outsmarted the devil. He allowed the giants to build their homes and cities, dig wells and cultivate crops until the right time came. Then, He brought the Israelites into the land and evicted the giants!

So the Israelites ended up inheriting large beautiful cities which they did not build, houses full of all good things which they did not fill, hewn-out wells which they did not dig, and vineyards and olive trees which they did not plant! (Deuteronomy 6:10–11) Although the devil tried to prevent God’s plan for His people from coming to pass, they ended up receiving so much more!

Beloved, the devil may throw obstacles and evil circumstances at you, but God will turn those evil schemes around for your greater blessing because He is for you!

AMEN! When we look at our lives in the LIGHT of these promises from God, then we will NEVER be moved by fear, doubt and unbelief again! GOD does not LIE, and GOD made these wonderful promises to US1 HIS PEOPLE! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "Everything I Could Want":

 Shalom,

Today I simply want to leave you with these two passages from Psalm 84 in our Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan! Verses 4-5:

4 Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are those who dwell in Your house and Your presence; they will be singing Your praises all the day long. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! 5 Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man whose strength is in You, in whose heart are the highways to Zion.

I love that they define 'blessed' here as "happy, fortunate and to be envied"! That IS what the Blessing of the Lord will DO for YOU! Here are verses 10-12 now:

10 For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand [anywhere else]; I would rather be a doorkeeper and stand at the threshold in the house of my God than to dwell [at ease] in the tents of wickedness. 11 For the Lord God is a Sun and Shield; the Lord bestows [present] grace and favor and [future] glory (honor, splendor, and heavenly bliss)! No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. 12 O Lord of hosts, blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who trusts in You [leaning and believing on You, committing all and confidently looking to You, and that without fear or misgiving]!

Now I pray that YOU will commit everything to HIM, without fear, KNOWING that HE loves you with HIS everlasting, never failing, all consuming LOVE! AMEN! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with another new song from their new album. This one is called "Lord Send Revival":

 Shalom,

Today's "My Utmost For His Highest" by Oswald Chambers addresses something that I think we all may have felt at one time or other!

The Missionary’s Master

Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am. — John 13:13

To have a master and to be mastered is not the same thing. To have a master means that there is one who knows me better than I know myself, one who is closer than a friend, one who fathoms the remotest abyss of my heart and satisfies it, one who has brought me into the secure sense that he has met and solved every perplexity and problem of my mind. To have a master is this and nothing less — “One is your Master, even Christ.”

Our Lord never enforces obedience; He does not take means to make me do what He wants. At certain times I wish God would master me and make me do the thing, but He will not; in other moods I wish He would leave me alone, but He does not.

“Ye call me Master and Lord” — but is He? Master and Lord have little place in our vocabulary, we prefer the words Saviour, Sanctifier, Healer. The only word to describe mastership in experience is love, and we know very little about love as God reveals it. This is proved by the way we use the word obey. In the Bible obedience is based on the relationship of equals, that of a son with his father. Our Lord was not God’s servant, He was His Son. “Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience….” If our idea is that we are being mastered, it is a proof that we have no master; if that is our attitude to Jesus, we are far away from the relationship He wants. He wants us in the relationship in which He is easily Master without our conscious knowledge of it, all we know is that we are His to obey.

I LOVE that JESUS will NOT force us to do anything! That makes us step it up to think, speak and DO the 'right thing' when it comes to obeying HIM and His Word! That means that we really DO have a free will and that JESUS repects that! he will NEVER go against YOUR WILL! If YOU want HIS WILL, then YOU will have to go after it! After HIM! TRUE FREEDOM! TRUE LOVE! Herre is Hillsong Young and Free with another new song called "Glimpse":

Shalom,

Today's "Faith Food" devotional by Kenneth E. Hagin is another very valuable lesson for every born again believer to know! I was SO blessed to have studied these every year for the first few years of my walk with JESUS! And now reviewing them after a few years away is just as much a blessing! I hope that it has been for you, too! Here is today's:

Right Standing

For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ. — ROMANS 5:17

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness . . . . — ROMANS 10:10

Most people think righteousness is a state of spiritual development which you grow into by right living. The Bible teaches right living — but right living itself will never make you righteous. (If it would, you wouldn’t need Jesus.)

Righteousness means rightness, or right standing with God.

Righteousness is a gift. A gift is something you receive now — whole and complete. A fruit, on the other hand, is a state of spiritual development— something which grows and develops. Thank God, we can grow spiritually — but we cannot grow in righteousness. In fact, you won’t be any more righteous when you get to Heaven than you are right now.

How did you get to be righteous? You were born that way! Righteousness comes through the New Birth. With your heart you believed unto righteousness. When you were born again, you received the life and nature of God the Father (John 5:24,26; 2 Peter 1:4). God’s nature makes you righteous!

Confession: I have righteousness. It was given to me. I believed unto righteousness and I received it at my New Birth. I have right standing with God. I am righteous.

I AM, and YOU ARE, RIGHTEOUS with the very RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD HIMSELF! MADE that way by what JESUS accomplished FOR US! HALLELUJAH! We are, of all people MOST BLESSED! Learn what belongs to YOU as a child of the Living God and walk in it! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "Need Your Love":

 Shalom,

Today's "My Utmost For His Highest" by Oswald Chambers is another exciting  and vital necessity for victory in every area of life!

The Divine Commandment of Life

…be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. —Matthew 5:48

Our Lord’s exhortation to us in Matthew 5:38-48 is to be generous in our behavior toward everyone. Beware of living according to your natural affections in your spiritual life. Everyone has natural affections— some people we like and others we don’t like. Yet we must never let those likes and dislikes rule our Christian life. “If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another” (1 John 1:7), even those toward whom we have no affection.

The example our Lord gave us here is not that of a good person, or even of a good Christian, but of God Himself. “…be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” In other words, simply show to the other person what God has shown to you. And God will give you plenty of real life opportunities to prove whether or not you are “perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” Being a disciple means deliberately identifying yourself with God’s interests in other people. Jesus says, “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another” (John 13:34-35).

The true expression of Christian character is not in good-doing, but in God-likeness. If the Spirit of God has transformed you within, you will exhibit divine characteristics in your life, not just good human characteristics. God’s life in us expresses itself as God’s life, not as human life trying to be godly. The secret of a Christian’s life is that the supernatural becomes natural in him as a result of the grace of God, and the experience of this becomes evident in the practical, everyday details of life, not in times of intimate fellowship with God. And when we come in contact with things that create confusion and a flurry of activity, we find to our own amazement that we have the power to stay wonderfully poised even in the center of it all.

AMEN! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "Never Have I Ever":

 Shalom,

Here, for your spiritual growth, strength and joy, is today's "Grace Inspirations" devotional by Joseph Prince:

A BRAND NEW BODY AT THE BLAST OF A TRUMPET!

1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.

All over the world, Jews celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. Occurring usually in the month of September, this feast is celebrated with the blowing of trumpets—the shofar or ram’s horn. That is why it is also called the Feast of Trumpets.

The Jews observe seven feasts: The Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits, Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement and Tabernacles. The first four have been fulfilled literally by Jesus. He was the Passover Lamb (see 1 Corinthians 5:7), the bread of life (see John 6:35) and the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep (see 1 Corinthians 15:20). And when Pentecost had fully come after His ascension, He sent us the Holy Spirit (see Acts 2:1–4).

So the next feast that we are waiting for Jesus to fulfill literally is the Feast of Trumpets. Why is this feast significant to us? Because when Jesus fulfills it, it means that we are going up to meet Him in the clouds!

I am talking about the rapture of the church. When the trumpet sounds, “in the twinkling of an eye,” we who are alive will be changed. We will put on new bodies that will be like Jesus’! Those who are dead in Christ will rise and also receive new bodies. They will go up first followed by us who are alive, and we will all meet the Lord in the air (see 1 Corinthians 15:51–55).

This means that there is a possibility that you might not see death! The Bible says, “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air” (1 Thessalonians 4:17). It is one thing to happen to be alive, but quite another to remain alive.

I believe that there is a generation of Christians who know the resurrection power of the Lord. They know how to walk in their inheritance and put off sickness and death until the coming of the Lord. My friend, may you be counted as one of them as you take the Lord Jesus and His finished work as your victory over sickness and death!

AMEN! Encourage each other with THIS future that we have to look forward to! Here is Hillsong with "Grace To Grace":

Hebrew 13:20-21 in our Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan for today is MY prayer for YOU!

20 Now may the God of peace [Who is the Author and the Giver of peace], Who brought again from among the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, by the blood [that sealed, ratified] the everlasting agreement (covenant, testament), 21 Strengthen (complete, perfect) and make you what you ought to be and equip you with everything good that you may carry out His will; [while He Himself] works in you and accomplishes that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ (the Messiah); to Whom be the glory forever and ever (to the ages of the ages). Amen (so be it).

AMEN! THIS is God's perfect will for each and every one of us! Let's be about our Father's business of seeking and saving the lost! Remember, GOD wants that NONE should perish, but that everyone would come to a saving knowledge of JESUS as Lord and Saviour! Let's do OUR part! AMEN!  Shalom,

Hebrews 12:1-2 begins our New Testament reading from our Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan for today:

Therefore then, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], let us strip off and throw aside every encumbrance (unnecessary weight) and that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us, and let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us, Looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher [bringing it to maturity and perfection]. He, for the joy [of obtaining the prize] that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising and ignoring the shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

The #1 most important part of your life as a born again believer is your intimate fellowship with JESUS! When Martha wanted JESUS to tell Mary to help her serve, JESUS told Martha that Mary had chosen "the better part" by sitting at His feet! Luke 10:42:

but only one thing is necessary, for Mary has chosen the good part [that which is to her advantage], which will not be taken away from her.” AMPC

Also from The Passion Translation:

Mary has discovered the one thing most important by choosing to sit at my feet. She is undistracted, and I won’t take this privilege from her.”

Amen! CHOOSE the BETTER PART for yourself, too! Verses 28-29:

28 Let us therefore, receiving a kingdom that is firm and stable and cannot be shaken, offer to God pleasing service and acceptable worship, with modesty and pious care and godly fear and awe; 29 For our God [is indeed] a consuming fire.

Shalom,

Today's "My Utmost For His Highest" by Oswald Chambers is another excellent lesson!

Praying to God in Secret

When you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place… —Matthew 6:6

The primary thought in the area of religion is— keep your eyes on God, not on people. Your motivation should not be the desire to be known as a praying person. Find an inner room in which to pray where no one even knows you are praying, shut the door, and talk to God in secret. Have no motivation other than to know your Father in heaven. It is impossible to carry on your life as a disciple without definite times of secret prayer.

“When you pray, do not use vain repetitions…” (Matthew 6:7). God does not hear us because we pray earnestly— He hears us solely on the basis of redemption. God is never impressed by our earnestness. Prayer is not simply getting things from God— that is only the most elementary kind of prayer. Prayer is coming into perfect fellowship and oneness with God. If the Son of God has been formed in us through regeneration (see Galatians 4:19), then He will continue to press on beyond our common sense and will change our attitude about the things for which we pray.

“Everyone who asks receives…” (Matthew 7:8). We pray religious nonsense without even involving our will, and then we say that God did not answer— but in reality we have never asked for anything. Jesus said, “…you will ask what you desire…” (John 15:7). Asking means that our will must be involved. Whenever Jesus talked about prayer, He spoke with wonderful childlike simplicity. Then we respond with our critical attitude, saying, “Yes, but even Jesus said that we must ask.” But remember that we have to ask things of God that are in keeping with the God whom Jesus Christ revealed.

The very BEST verses on answered prayer are found in 1 John 5:14-15:

14 And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us. 15 And if (since) we [positively] know that He listens to us in whatever we ask, we also know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that we have [granted us as our present possessions] the requests made of Him.

PRAY God's WORD, which IS God's WILL and you will KNOW that He hears you! If He hears you, then you HAVE it! HALLELUJAH!  Here is Hillsong  with "Desert Song":

Shalom,

I am sharing Kenneth E. Hagin's "Faith Food" again today because these last few days have such excellent lessons!

Loved

I [Jesus] in them [believers], and thou [God the Father] in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. . . . . — JOHN 17:23

When you know — really know — that God is your very own Father and you are His very own child, this knowledge will have the following effect on you: You will have as much freedom and fellowship with the Father as Jesus had in His earth walk, because God the Father loves you even as He loved Jesus! John 17:23 says so: “. . . and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.”

“I just can’t believe that God loves me as much as He loved Jesus,” some may say.

Thank God, I can! I believe it, because the Bible says it, and that settles it!

You and I can say with Jesus “. . . I am not alone, because the Father is with me” (John 16:32). Because if God loves me as He loved Jesus — and He does — then He is with me as He was with Jesus. I am never afraid, just as Jesus was never afraid. There is nothing to fear. What can man do to the man or woman whom God loves and protects!

Confession: God the Father is my very own Father. I am His very own child. And He loves me in my earth walk just as much as He loved Jesus in His earth walk. I can fellowship with Him just as Jesus did. I am free from fear just as Jesus was, for I am not alone. My Father is with me.

If JESUS is YOUR Lord and Saviour, then YOU are a part of the FAMILY of GOD! There is no better family to ever be a part of! And THIS is for all eternity! HALLELUJAH! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "Never Have I Ever":

Shalom,

I am sharing Kenneth E. Hagin's "Faith Food" devotional again today. This is another very vital concept for every born again believer to get strongly inside!

Family

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. — JOHN 1:12,13

No truth in all the Bible is as far reaching as the blessed fact that when we are born again we come into the family of God! God the Father is our Father!

He cares for us! He is interested in us — each of us individually — not just as a group, or a body, or a church. He is interested in each of His children, and He loves each of us with the same love.

However, our Heavenly Father is not the Father of everyone, as some supposed. Jesus said to some very religious people, “Ye are of your father the devil . . .” (John 8:44). Yes, God is the Creator of all mankind, but a man must be born again to become His child. He is God to the world, but Father only to the new creation man.

God is your very own Father. You are His very own child. And since He is your Father, you can be assured that He will take a father’s place and perform a father’s part. You can be certain that as your Heavenly Father, God loves you, and He will take care of you.

Confession: I am born of God. I am born into God’s family. God the Father is my Father. I am His very own child. He is my very own Father. He loves me. He provides for me. He takes care of me.

AMEN! I AM, and YOU ARE, HIS FAMILY, IF we have received JESUS as our own personal LORD and SAVIOUR! The very best family connection we will ever have! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "Indescribable":

Shalom,

Today's "Faith Food" devotional by Kenneth E. Hagin  is essential knowledge for growing up inthe things of God!

New Creation

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature [creation]: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. — 2 CORINTHIANS 5:17

I’m glad I’m a new creature. I was only fifteen when I was born again, but I remember exactly what happened. Something took place inside of me. It seemed as if a two-ton load rolled off my chest. Not only did something depart from me — but something came into me!

The moment you accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior and confessed Him as your Lord (Romans 10:9,10), you, too, were recreated. At that moment, the redemption which Jesus provided two thousand years ago became a reality to you. At that instant, the very life and nature of God were imparted to your spirit. You were recreated — born again!

The New Birth is not an experience. It is not a religion. It is not joining a church. It is the re-birth of your spirit.

When you were born again, old things passed away. In the sight of God, all sin and all of your past life were blotted out. All you had been — spiritually speaking — was blotted out. It ceased to exist. And you became a new man in Christ Jesus. God sees nothing in your life before the moment you were born again!

All things inside you became new. Your spirit was recreated. You passed from death unto life (1 John 3:14)!

Confession: I am a new creature in Christ. I am a new creation. I am recreated. The life and nature of God are within me. I have passed from death unto life! I am a new creature!

By Spiritual Confusion

Ye know not what ye ask. — Matthew 20:22

There are times in spiritual life when there is confusion, and it is no way out to say that there ought not to be confusion. It is not a question of right and wrong, but a question of God taking you by a way which in the meantime you do not understand, and it is only by going through the confusion that you will get at what God wants.

The Shrouding of His Friendship (Luke 11:5-8). Jesus gave the illustration of the man who looked as if he did not care for his friend, and He said that that is how the Heavenly Father will appear to you at times. You will think He is an unkind friend, but remember He is not; the time will come when everything will be explained. There is a cloud on the friendship of the heart, and often even love itself has to wait in pain and tears for the blessing of fuller communion. When God looks completely shrouded, will you hang on in confidence in Him?

The Shadow on His Fatherhood (Luke 11:11-13). Jesus says there are times when your Father will appear as if He were an unnatural father, as if He were callous and indifferent, but remember He is not; I have told you — “Everyone that asketh receiveth.” If there is a shadow on the face of the Father just now, hang onto it that He will ultimately give His clear revealing and justify Himself in all that He permitted.

The Strangeness of His Faithfulness (Luke 18:1-8). “When the Son of Man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth?” Will He find the faith which banks on Him in spite of the confusion? Stand off in faith believing that what Jesus said is true, though in the meantime you do not under stand what God is doing. He has bigger issues at stake than the particular things you ask.

Amen! Stand on the Word of God no matter what it looks like, sounds like or feels like! His Word is TRUTH! ALWAYS! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with another new song called "As I Am":

Shalom,

Today's "Faith Food" devotional by Kenneth E. Hagin is another worth sharing!

Purchased

Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? You are not your own, You were bought with a price [purchased with a preciousness and paid for, made His own]. So then, honor God and bring glory to Him in your body. — 1 CORINTHIANS 6:19,20 (Amplified)

I like the way I saw a missionary, who had returned from the field, minister to the sick.
Ministering to one woman, he prayed first: “Father, this woman is Your child. She belongs to You. It’s not right for the devil to dominate her. You laid her sickness and disease on Jesus, for it is written, ‘ . . .Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses’” (Matthew 8:17).

Then the missionary talked to the devil: “Satan, this woman’s body is a temple of the Holy Ghost. It belongs to God, and you have no right to trespass on God’s property. Remove yourself from God’s property!”

Then he talked to the woman: “Satan has oppressed your body with sickness, but God has made provision for your deliverance. Your body is a temple of the Holy Ghost, and you are commanded to glorify God in your body. Can God be glorified in your body by the devil dominating it? No. Therefore, stand against this sickness with me. We demand that Satan stop trespassing on God’s property!”

Confession: I will honor God and bring glory to Him in my body.

AMEN! Learn what belongs to YOU as a child of the Living God and then speak His Word into YOUR life! HE will ALWAYS confirm HIS WORD with saigns and wonders and miracles! ONLY BELIEVE! Here is Hillsong with "Say The Word":

Today's "My Utmost For His Highest" by Oswald Chambers is

Missionary Munitions

When thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee. — John 1:48

Worshipping as Occasion Serves.

We imagine we would be all right if a big crisis arose; but the big crisis will only reveal the stuff we are made of, it will not put anything into us. “If God gives the call, of course I will rise to the occasion.” You will not unless you have risen to the occasion in the workshop, unless you have been the real thing before God there. If you are not doing the thing that lies nearest, because God has engineered it; when the crisis comes instead of being revealed as fit, you will be revealed as unfit. Crises always reveal character.

The private relationship of worshipping God is the great essential of fitness. The time comes when there is no more “fig-tree” life possible, when it is out into the open, out into the glare and into the work, and you will find yourself of no value there if you have not been worshipping as occasion serves you in your home. Worship aright in your private relationships, then when God sets you free you will be ready, because in the unseen life which no one saw but God you have become perfectly fit, and when the strain comes you can be relied upon by God.

“I can’t be expected to live the sanctified life in the circumstances I am in; I have no time for praying just now, no time for Bible reading, my opportunity hasn’t come yet; when it does, of course I shall be all right.” No, you will not. If you have not been worshipping as occasion serves, when you get into work you will not only be useless yourself, but a tremendous hindrance to those who are associated with you.

The workshop of missionary munitions is the hidden, personal, worshipping life of the saint.

AMEN! Worship is ALWAYS a powerful tool for God's glory and weapon against the enemy! DO IT! Here is Hillsong with "Here I Am To Worship":

Shalom,

One of the most important leson than every born again believer MUST learn is found in Hebrews 4:12!

12 For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.

The Word of God contains the answers to every question that we could ever have, the directions to leading a 'peaceable life in all Godliness and honesty', the revelation of Who JESUS is and who we are when we are IN HIM! And THAT is just for starters! There is nothing more valuable than the Word of the Living God! In fact, HE says THIS in Psalm 138:2:

I will worship toward Your holy temple and praise Your name for Your loving-kindness and for Your truth and faithfulness; for You have exalted above all else Your name and Your word and You have magnified Your word above all Your name!

The WORD of GOD is what gives the POWER to the NAME of GOD! Learn to LOVE the Word by learning it, meditating on it and then DOING it! Greater understanding will come, layer upon layer, and Wisdom and maturity will follow! Here is Hillsong with "Your Word":

Shalom,

Today I found Joseph Prince's "Grace Inspirations" to be very interesting!

THE 12 WELLS AND 70 PALM TREES

Exodus 15:27 Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there by the waters.

Would you like to know an important biblical key to divine health? It is found in today’s verse, which comes right after God says, “I am the Lord who heals you.” He said this to His people after He brought them out of Egypt (see Exodus 15:26).

The wells of water and palm trees speak of refreshment. They paint a picture of an oasis in the desert. The Israelites rested and were refreshed there. But why the numbers 12 and 70?

There are no insignificant details in the Bible. The 12 wells of water and 70 palm trees represent anointed ministries that refresh you with God’s Word. So if you want to know Jesus as the Lord who heals you, sit under anointed preaching of God’s Word because when His Word goes forth, it will heal you. His Word is medicine to all your flesh (see Proverbs 4:22)!

How did I make that connection? Let the Bible interpret the Bible. Matthew 10:1 says that when Jesus had “called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.” He sent out the 12 and said to them, “And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons...”

Then, in Luke 10:1, the Lord “appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go.” He also said to the 70, “And heal the sick there, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you’” (Luke 10:9).

In other words, Jesus anointed the 12 and then the 70 disciples to preach God’s Word and heal the sick. Today, if you want refreshment, if you want health and healing, don’t sit under ministries that tell you that God doesn’t always want to heal and that He sometimes gives you diseases to teach you lessons. Instead, sit under anointed ministries that preach the good news and practice healing the sick. My friend, that is how you can begin to walk in divine health!

AMEN! Make sure that you are ever being a DOER of THIS Word! it isw ALL for OUR benefit! AMEN! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "World Outside Your Window":

Shalom,

Today I want to share again from Jerry Savelle's website devotional!

FULL OF HIS GOODNESS

For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in truth. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord (Psalm 33:4-5 NKJV).

Never doubt that God is a good God, and He loves you more than you could possibly imagine.

God doesn’t measure out small portion of goodness towards you; He isn’t stingy. God’s goodness comes in great quantity. He loves to pour out His great goodness in quantities that are exceeding abundantly above all you could ask or think.

The Scripture tells us the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. Full means there’s no space for more. Think about a glass of water; when it’s full to capacity, you can’t add more.

If the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord, then His goodness toward you is unlimited. God’s goodness is infinitely beyond any need or want you might have. In other words, God can’t get any “gooder.”

God’s goodness is an expression of His love, which is never ending. It is impossible for you to get to the place where God says, “Sorry, you’ve received too much of My goodness; this is where it ends.” No! The Bible says, “For He is good, for His mercy endures forever” (2 Chronicles 5:13 NKJV).

God is a good God. He and His inexhaustible goodness cannot be separated. Anywhere God is, His goodness will be there too. So, no matter where you are or what you may be facing, you can count on God’s righteousness and justice because the earth is full of His goodness.

Confession: God’s goodness toward me is unlimited. I choose to take my eyes off of my circumstances and focus instead on the goodness of God that fills the earth and is unending.

AMEN! Never forget that your God is GOOD! ALL the time and there will NEVER be an end to HIS GOODNESS where YOU are concerned! You are a child of God! You belong to HIS FAMILY! You are in a blood covenant with Him through the precious blood of JESUS! Nothing can ever separate you again! NOTHING! Take great joy inthat and worship Him for it! Continually! Shalom,

In today's Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan we are reading Psalm 67. This Psalm contains all that we need to know to understand how the Father views the current nonsense going on on the earth today! People in extreme fear is NEVER God's will or plan pr purpose! In fact HE says THIS in 1 Timothy 1:7:

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control.

AMEN! Now HERE is all of Psalm 67!

1 God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.
2 That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.
3 Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
4 O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.
5 Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
6 Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.

7 God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

AMEN! That HIS 'saving health' may be KNOWN upon the earth, and among ALL nations! Our GOD desires that ALL people KNOW OF HIM! He is GOD and He is GOOD! ALL the time! Here is Hillsong with an older song called "I Believe":

Shalom,

Some of my favorite passages of Scripture are found in today's Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan! Psalm 66:1-4:

1 Make a joyful noise unto God, all the earth; 2 Sing forth the honor and glory of His name; make His praise glorious! 3 Say to God, How awesome and fearfully glorious are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power shall Your enemies submit themselves to You [with feigned and reluctant obedience]. 4 All the earth shall bow down to You and sing [praises] to You; they shall praise Your name in song. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]!

Verse 2 says to make His praise 'glorious'. This is the Hebrew word "kabod", which means: splendor, copiousness, which includes reverence, honor and abundance! That tell me that we should be praising Him MORE than ever before and that it should be demonstrative! Show Him off! Amen! And then we have Mark 16:15-18:

15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover

These were the final instructions that JESUS gave to His disciples in Mark! And what happened when they obeyed these instructions? Verse 20:

20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

Hallelujah! HE confirms HIS WORD that WE SPEAK! SO, let's be about our Father's business and give HIM something to work with! Here is Hillsong with "Children of the Light":

Shalom,

I REALLY love today's "My Utmost For His Highest" by Oswald Chambers!

His!

Thine they were, and Thou gavest them Me. — John 17:6

The missionary is one in whom the Holy Ghost has wrought this realization — “Ye are not your own.” To say “I am not my own,” is to have reached a great point in spiritual nobility. The true nature of the life in the actual whirl is the deliberate giving up of myself to another in sovereign preference, and that other is Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit expounds the nature of Jesus to me in order to make me one with my Lord, not that I might go off as a showroom exhibit. Our Lord never sent any of the disciples out on the ground of what He had done for them. It was not until after the Resurrection, when the disciples had perceived by the power of the Holy Spirit Whom He was, that Jesus said “Go.”

“If any man come to me and hate not…, he cannot be My disciple,” not — he cannot be good and upright, but — he cannot be one over whom Jesus writes the word “Mine.” Any one of the relationships Our Lord mentions may be a competitive relationship. I may prefer to belong to my mother, or to my wife, or to myself; then says Jesus, you cannot be My disciple. This does not mean I will not be saved, but it does mean that I cannot be “His.”

Our Lord makes a disciple His own possession, He becomes responsible for him. “Ye shall be witnesses unto Me.” The spirit that comes in is not that of doing anything for Jesus, but of being a perfect delight to Him. The secret of the missionary is — I am His, and He is carrying out His enterprises through me.

Be entirely His.

AMEN! The whole key to the New Testament and our New Covnenant with HIM is that we now BELONG to HIM! When we received JESUS as Lord and personal Saviour, the Spirit of Almighty God recreated our previously dead human spirit into the image of God! Our spirits are pure and sinless! But that is not all that we are! We ARE spirit beings, we HAVE souls (mind, emotions and will), and we live in a human body! We must continually renew our mind with the Word of God so that our soul can make quality, GOD decisions based on our knowledge of His Word! THAT is what we are seeing above! Make God's Word and your fellowship with HIM your #1 priority and you cannot fail! AMEN! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "As I Am":

Shalom,

Today's reading in Psalm 64 from our Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan is EXCELLENT enmcouragement for us right now! Look at verses 1-6:

1 Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint; guard and preserve my life from the terror of the enemy. 2 Hide me from the secret counsel and conspiracy of the ungodly, from the scheming of evildoers, 3 Who whet their tongues like a sword, who aim venomous words like arrows, 4 Who shoot from ambush at the blameless man; suddenly do they shoot at him, without self-reproach or fear. 5 They encourage themselves in an evil purpose, they talk of laying snares secretly; they say, Who will discover us? 6 They think out acts of injustice and say, We have accomplished a well-devised thing! For the inward thought of each one [is unsearchable] and his heart is deep.

They THINK that God is not paying attention, these evil doers who plot and scheme and carry out destuctive plans! BUT, Psalm 1:2:

He Who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord has them in derision [and in supreme contempt He mocks them]. AMPC

God-Enthroned merely laughs at them; the Sovereign One mocks their madness! TPT

AMEN! GOD is not intimidated in any way! In fact, the rfest of Psalm 64 says THIS:

7 But God will shoot an unexpected arrow at them; and suddenly shall they be wounded. 8 And they will be made to stumble, their own tongues turning against them; all who gaze upon them will shake their heads and flee away. 9 And all men shall [reverently] fear and be in awe; and they will declare the work of God, for they will wisely consider and acknowledge that it is His doing. 10 The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall be glad in the Lord and shall trust and take refuge in Him; and all the upright in heart shall glory and offer praise

AMEN! Our GOD WILL have the last WORD in every situation! Here is Hillsong Young and Free with "World Outside Your Window":
