Shalom,

In my daily study and meditation of the Word of God, I make use of a number of resources that I have found over the years. The first one I go to is the devotional found on The Spoken Word Church website (link on the left). At our Morning Prayer service we are going through Kenneth and Gloria Copeland's "Limitless Love". I also have used Kenneth E. Hagin's "Faith Food" and "Health Food" devotionals, Jerry Savelle's website devotional, Rick Renner's "Sparkling Gems From The Greek", Bob Yandian's "Morning Moments", Kenneth and Gloria Copeland's "From Faith To Faith" and "Pursuit Of His Presence" devotionals, "My Utmost For His Highest" by Oswald Chambers, Mike Murdock's "Seed of Wisdom" books, The Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan and services from The Spoken Word Church. We are SO blessed to live at such a time as this, when there is an abundance of resources and different translations of the Bible (the Word of God)! With all of these resources, and the Spirit of Almighty God living IN us as our personal Teacher, there is absolutely no excuse for being ignorant of the things of God! Knowledge of the Word of God is progressively attained by hearing, studying, pondering, speaking and acting on the Word we see, layer upon layer! It takes time and a diligent commitment to keep at it on a daily basis. When Jesus said THIS in John 17:17:

17 Sanctify them [purify, consecrate, separate them for Yourself, make them holy] by the Truth; Your Word is Truth.

.... in prayer to His Father, He was letting us know, without a doubt, that His Word SHOULD be the final authority for everything in our lives. What place do YOU give the Word of God in YOUR life? I challenge you today to make a determined purpose to spend more time in the Word of God than you ever have before. Take notes at your church services IF your church is one that teaches the Word of God. If it isn't, what in the world are you doing there? Let us help you find a church like The Spoken Word Church in your area. Check out one or more of the resources I mentioned above. Make your study time a priority and make the choice to put into practice immediately the things that you are learning. Romans 10:17 tells us that Bible faith comes by hearing (and hearing and hearing) the Word of God. Increase YOUR faith, in every area, by finding out the hidden, precious TRUTH of His Word and making it your own. AMEN! How else will we be able to tell the world all about HIM? Here is Hillsong with "Tell The World":

Shalom in Him!
