Shalom,

Psalm 125:1-2:

1 THOSE WHO trust in, lean on, and confidently hope in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be  moved but abides and stands fast forever. 2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about His people from this time forth and forever.

The foundation of the city of Jerusalem, and the mountains surrounding it, are solid rock! Those who trust in the one, True, Most High, Living, Almighty God of the Bible are also founded on THE solid ROCK! As long as we stay in fellowship with Him and stand strong on His Word, we CANNOT be easily moved! We are under-girded and surrounded by His protection, provision and safety! Thank You, Jesus! Here is a song by Hillsong London called "You Are My Rock":

John 2:5 contains some of the very best advice you can give to a believer in Jesus of Nazareth:

5 His mother said to the servants, Whatever He says to you, do it.

Whatever you see in the Word of God that a born again believer is supposed to be doing - DO IT! Whatever the Spirit of God, Who lives IN you, says for you to do, DO IT! Just pretend that you heard it directly from the mouth of Jesus Himself. you will be SO glad you did! He loves our obedience because it puts us in position to receive the fullness of The Blessing that He has provided for us! Hallelujah!

We have said before that all of the warnings given to the people by Ezekiel were to get the people to repent of wickedness and to turn their hearts back to the One, True, Most High, Living, Almighty God of the Bible. Ezekiel 18:23 says this:

23 Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked? says the LORD, and not rather that he should turn from his evil way and return [to his God] and live?

And then verse 32:

32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him who dies, says the Lord GOD. Therefore turn (be converted) and live!

In 2 Peter 3:9 we see this same Truth in the New and better Covenant!

9 The Lord does not delay and is not tardy or slow about what He promises, according to some people's conception of slowness, but he is long-suffering (extraordinarily patient) toward you, not desiring that any should perish, but that all should turn to repentance.

Don't be like the Israelites of old and ignore God's Word of warning. Pay attention and be a DOER of the Word so that you can continue to walk in all the wonderful blessings that belong to you as a child of the Living God! He delights in that!

Shalom in Him!
