Shalom,

I have shared this many times before, but this IS what I believe that Jesus wants YOU to know and remember today! John 3:16-18:
16 For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safeand sound through Him. 18 He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation—he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.]

With so many different denominations out there, there are bound to be different styles of sharing the Gospel. The one TRUTH that should be remembered by every believer is THIS! The Gospel is GOOD NEWS! The Greek word is "euaggelion", which means: glad tidings, good tidings. Where is the good news in declaring woe and damnation to unbelievers? Remember that it is the GOODNESS of God that leads to repentance (Romans 2:4)! What we see above in John 3 is GREAT good news! Jesus Himself said that He did NOT come into the world to condemn or pass sentence on the world. He CAME for the very purpose of becoming sin with OUR sin and dying the death that WE deserved so that WE could become righteous with HIS righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21)! When the Gospel is presented in the light that it SHOULD be presented, who would ever resist? We must begin by being thankful every day for our own salvation and deliverance, along with every other good thing that HE has done! The joy that is within us will then rise up for all to see and THAT will get their attention! AMEN! God's #1 purpose for born again believers being here on the earth instead of in Heaven with Him now is this from Luke 19:10:

10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost.

HE has sent US to do the same! Let's get to it! They are waiting to hear some really Good News! Here to encourage you in this is Hillsong Live with "Children of the Light" because THAT is who we are, carrying that light into the world WE live in!

Shalom in Him!
