Shalom,

My favorite translation of Philippians 3:10-11 has always been the Amplified Bible.

10 [For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope] 11 That if possible I may attain to the [spiritual and moral] resurrection [that lifts me] out from among the dead [even while in the body]. AMP

Paul said that he had made a "determined purpose" to know Jesus more intimately. One dictionary definition of determined says "a resolve to do something that you will not allow anyone or anything to stop you"! Have YOU ever made a determined purpose to do something? Have you ever made one to know HIM? If you decide to so this, understand that all hell will try to stop keep from it! THAT is why you will NEED a "determined purpose"! The promises are well worth it! Paul tells us above that at the same time, we will also come to know more about the power of God! Hosea 6:3 tells us this:

3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord KJV

We WILL come to know Him WHEN we "follow on to know" Him! The Amplified Bible is very good for this verse, too:

3 Yes, let us know (recognize, be acquainted with, and understand) Him; let us be zealous to know the Lord [to appreciate, give heed to, and cherish Him]. AMP

Let's be "zealous" for this! Are you ready? It will take diligence! I really like this on diligence from Jerry Savelle's devotional for today

Diligence

Diligence is a key to obtaining blessings from God. Let’s look at some scriptures that deal with diligence.
“The hand of the diligent will rule, but the lazy man will be put to forced labor” (Proverbs 12:24).
“The lazy man does not roast what he took in hunting, but diligence is a man’s precious possession” (Proverbs 12:27).
“The soul of a lazy man desires and has nothing; but the soul of the diligent shall be made rich” (Proverbs 13:4).
“The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty. But those of everyone who is hasty, surely to poverty” (Proverbs 21:5).
“And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ” (Colossians 3:23-24).
Diligence is a prerequisite to seeing your victory. Diligent people always make a steady consistent effort to accomplish their goal. Diligent people never give up.
Confession: I decide today to always make a steady, consistent effort to accomplish my God given goals and never give up. Whatever I do today, I will do it diligently and joyfully as unto the Lord.
AMEN! Let's be diligent to KNOW Him! Here is Hillsong Live with "I Surrender":

Shalom in Him!
