In today's Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan we read Psalm 99. Look at verses 1-3:

1 The Lord reigns, let the peoples tremble [with reverential fear]! He sits [enthroned] above the cherubim, let the earth quake! 2 The Lord is great in Zion, and He is high above all the peoples. 3 Let them confess and praise Your great name, awesome and reverence inspiring! It is holy, and holy is He!

Then look at verse 5:

5 Extol the Lord our God and worship at His footstool! Holy is He!

 And verse 9:

9 Extol the Lord our God and worship at His holy hill, for the Lord our God is holy!

Do you see the main message here? OUR GOD is HOLY! This means seperated! There is no known word that can adequately express the greatness of the character of our GOD! HE is the standard for greatness! HE is the HOLY ONE! And WE who belong to HIM by means of the New Birth are also HOLY! HE see us that way! When we exalt HIM and gain an understanding of HIS greatness, thenn we can begin to understand just how HE sees US! Never underestimate YOUR worth in HIS eyes! YOU are who HE says you are!
