Reading Psalm 11 today leaves me with no doubt what the God of the Bible thinks of what is going on in this nation!
To the Chief Musician or Choir Leader. [A Psalm] of David.
1 In the Lord I take refuge [and put my trust]; how can you say to me, Flee like a bird to your mountain? 2 For see, the wicked are bending the bow; they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they [furtively] in darkness may shoot at the upright in heart. 3 If the foundations are destroyed, what can the [unyieldingly] righteous do, or what has He [the Righteous One] wrought or accomplished? 4 The Lord is in His holy temple; the Lord’s throne is in heaven. His eyes behold; His eyelids test and prove the children of men. 5 The Lord tests and proves the [unyieldingly] righteous, but His soul abhors the wicked and him who loves violence. 6 Upon the wicked He will rain quick burning coals or snares; fire, brimstone, and a [dreadful] scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup. 7 For the Lord is [rigidly] righteous, He loves righteous deeds; the upright shall behold His face, or He beholds the upright.
Any true patriot of the United States of America has taken the time to learn and know the TRUE history of this nation! This is NOT what has been portrayed on television or even what has been taught in the classrooms of this nation in the last 100 years! TRUE patriots will take the time to watch the movie "Monumental" that traces our God-given heritage and the purpose for which GOD has given us this MOST BLESSED nation! TRUE patriots will ignore what the ungodly liberal media has tried to slam David Barton with and will take the time to check out his thousands upon thousands of original documents that show the exact mind set of our founding fathers who were MOST certainly NOT deists! TRUE patriots will take the time to watch the wonderful DVD series by William Federer about the founding of this nation, the original constitutions of each individual state, the calls to prayer of almost every president, and, also, the true origins and tenets of Islam! ALL eye-openers and PROVEN with documentation! Will YOU be a TRUE patriot? Check out these resources, if you haven't already, and THEN turn your eyes back to THIS promise made by the One, True, Most High, Living, Almighty God of the Bible, for HIS people! 2 Chronicles 7:14:
14 If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave,and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.
Remember that the original wicked ones from the Psalm above are the devil and his workers of darkness! They work through gullible people who are ignorant of God's Word and through those who have turned their backs and rejected the Most High God entirely! He WILL judge the wicked in HIS time, but right now, we, HIS PEOPLE, have the above promise to stand strongly on in faith, giving glory to HIS NAME! Amen!
