Today we read the last 88 verses of Psalm 119 and again I didn't get past the first 2 verses before being so blessed by the Word! Verses 89-90:
89Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven [stands firm as the heavens]. 90Your faithfulness is from generation to generation; You have established the earth, and it stands fast.
Our God has proven Himself faithful to His people at all times and in every situation! Where failure happens, it is NEVER God who has failed! "Settled" in verse 89 is the Hebrew word "natsab", which means: to stand; to be fixed; to be established; to be determined. GOD'S Word is forever fixed, established and determined for fulfillment! He said this in Isaiah 55:11:
11 So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

His Word WILL accomplish what He planned for it to accomplish, but ONLY in the lives of those who choose to believe it, receive it, and obey it! Seek the LORD daily through praise, prayer, fellowship and study and mediation of His Word. You will then be in a position to be a DOER of the Word, with wonderful, God-ordained results! AMEN!
