Shalom,

Psalm 98:4 says:

4 Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth; break forth and sing for joy, yes, sing praises!

Verses 7-9:

7 Let the sea roar, and all that fills it, the world, and those who dwell in it!  8 Let the rivers clap their hands; together let the hills sing for joy  9 Before the LORD, for He is coming to judge [and rule] the earth; with righteousness will He judge [and rule] the world, and the peoples with equity.

I shared before that this Psalm was the inspiration for the hymn, turned Christmas carol, by Isaac Watts, Joy To The World. Here is Hillsong singing this:

I LOVE Scriptural Christmas music ANYTIME!

In Luke 10:2 Jesus said this to His disciples:

2 And he said to them, The harvest indeed is abundant [there is much ripe grain], but the farmhands are few. Pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers in to his harvest.

Here is a picture of a wheat field ready for harvest:

That is the pretty little picture that is often used to portray the evangelistic idea of the harvest. But we are sent out to reap PEOPLE into the Kingdom of God! There are almost 7,000,000,000 people in the world! We cannot even imagine what it would look like to see so many people all at once. A picture of an O'Dell crusade is a better idea! Here are a few pictures of crowds from around the world.

The crowds in an O'Dell crusade have HEARD the Gospel preached, with signs following! The people in these pictures may not have heard! Here is a song from Hillsong United's I Heart Revolution called "Tell The World":

In think that one of my many favorite verses in the New Testament is Luke 10:42. Martha has just asked Jesus to make Mary, who has been listening to Him teach the Word, help her in the kitchen. Jesus tells Martha that she is worried about so many things BUT:

42 But there is  only one thing that is essential. Mary has chosen the right thing, and it won't be taken away from her.

If you are ever faced with that choice, choose the WORD! AMEN!

Shalom in Him!
