Look at Romans 5:8:

8 But God shows and clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us.

Do you see what exciting promise THIS verse is stating? We WERE sinners! But, WHEN we WERE still sinners, Jesus Christ died for us! He died for us who were sinners! Guess what? Jesus loved us sinners so very much that He laid down His life in our place, so that we don't have to! There IS no greater love (John 15:13)! WE, as born again believers, are to do the same! Lay down our own needs and desires in order to focus on God's "primary purpose", which is seeking and saving the lost (Luke 19:10)! The main focus of this blog today is to help you see that though you WERE a sinner, who was loved so very much by God that Jesus came to die for you AND rise again, by virtue of the New Birth, you are no longer a SINNER! NOW you are a reborn person (1 John 5:11-12), a new creature (2 Corinthians 5:17), an heir of God and joint/equal heir with Jesus Himself (Romans 8:17)! You are part of His very own body, the part that operates on the earth (1 Corinthians 12:27)! You are the redeemed of the Lord (Psalm 107:2)! AND, the best is yet to come! Look at 1 John 3:2:

2 Beloved, we are [even here and] now God's children; it is not yet disclosed (made clear) what we shall be [hereafter], but we know that when He comes and is manifested, we shall [as God's children] resemble and be like Him, for we shall see Him just as He [really] is. AMP

So STOP allowing yourself to be intimidated by the devil, unbelievers or unbelieving believers! Only YOU can determine how much of God's perfect plan will be carried out in you! Set your face like flint towards HIM and refuse to be cheated out of anything that God has prepared for you! AMEN! Here is Hillsong United with "Scandal of Grace".
