Psalm 128:1-2 is appropriately uplifting after yesterday's disappointments!
1 BLESSED (HAPPY, fortunate, to be envied) is everyone who fears, reveres, and worships the Lord, who walks in His ways and lives according to His commandments. 2 For you shall eat [the fruit] of the labor of your hands; happy (blessed, fortunate, enviable) shall you be, and it shall be well with you.
It doesn't make any difference what the current president of the United States, or the ruler or leader of any other nation, plans or tries to do! Those plans that are meant to harm the people of God, who will obey verse 1 above, WILL NOT SUCCEED! God Himself is OUR source of supply! Be a lover of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Be a lover of God's Word by obeying it and verse 2 is YOURS! Amen!
