Shalom,

I LOVE this from Psalm 125:1-2 in today's Bible Reading Plan:
Those who trust in, lean on, and confidently hope in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but abides and stands fast forever. As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about His people from this time forth and forever.

THIS is why we can have complete confidence to cast our care on Him! Look at 1 Peter 5:7:

Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.

AMEN! Our God is GOOD, all the time! His Word is GOOD, His WAYS are GOOD and His PROMISES are GOOD! Remember that HIS burden is easy and HIS yoke is Light (Matthew 11:30)! He will never allow us to be tempted beyond what we are capable of overcoming (1 Corinthians 10:13)! WE must remember to not put undo expectations on others, the way the enemy puts them on us! I really like this from today's "My Utmost For His Highest" by Oswald Chambers:

Always keep your life measured by the standards of Jesus. Bow your neck to His yoke alone, and to no other yoke whatever; and be careful to see that you never bind a yoke on others that is not placed by Jesus Christ. It takes God a long time to get us out of the way of thinking that unless everyone sees as we do, they must be wrong. That is never God’s view. There is only one liberty, the liberty of Jesus at work in our conscience enabling us to do what is right.

Don’t get impatient, remember how God dealt with you – with patience and with gentleness; but never water down the truth of God. Let it have its way and never apologize for it. Jesus said, "Go and make disciples," not "make converts to your opinions."

Let's walk every day in the freedom wherewith HE has made US free (Galatians 5:1), and fight for that freedom for others, too! AMEN! Here is Hillsong United with "The Father's Heart":

Shalom in Him
