Respect Your Body

Health is life's first prize. Men will spend their health gaining wealth, then gladly pay all they have earned to get health back. Be good to your body. Give it the sleep, the surroundings and proper food and nutrition it deserves. It's the only machine God will allow you to inhabit during your lifetime. Value it.

"For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." {1 Corinthians 6:20}

"Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?" {1 Corinthians 3:16}

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world; but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." {Romans 12:1-2}
