Psalm 92 encourages us to praise the One, True God for Who He is and for what He has done! Here are some of the verses:
1 It is a good and delightful thing to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to Your name, O Most High, 2 To show forth Your loving-kindness in the morning and Your faithfulness by night, 4 For You, O Lord, have made me glad by Your works; at the deeds of Your hands I joyfully sing. 5 How great are Your doings, O Lord! Your thoughts are very deep.
Never forget that every good thing in your life comes from HIM! James 1:17:
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Psalm 92 also encourages us with what is to come for those love the Lord their God and put Him first place! Verses 12-15:
12 The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall flourish like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright, useful, and fruitful]; they shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable, durable, and incorruptible].13 Planted in the house of the Lord, they shall flourish in the courts of our God.14 [Growing in grace] they shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap [of spiritual vitality] and [rich in the] verdure [of trust, love, and contentment].15 [They are living memorials] to show that the Lord is upright and faithful to His promises; He is my Rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
AMEN! Remember, in whatever situation you find yourself in, that the God of the Bible is ALWAYS for you! He ALWAYS has a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13)! He has already forgiven you, so just acknowledge it, believe and receive (1 John 1:9)! His plans for you are glorious (Jeremiah 29:11)! AMEN! So encourage yourself in the Lord and PRAISE HIM!
