After reading again in Hebrews 10 about the wonderful provision that Jesus made for us to be released forever from the penalty of sin (look at verses 10 and 12-13),
10 And in accordance with this will [of God], we have been made holy (consecrated and sanctified) through the offering made once for all of the body of Jesus Christ (the Anointed One). 12 Whereas this One [Christ], after He had offered a single sacrifice for our sins [that shall avail] for all time, sat down at the right hand of God, 13 Then to wait until His enemies should be made a stool beneath His feet.
I read this in Psalm 76:1-2:
1 In Judah God is known and renowned; His name is highly praised and is great in Israel. 2 In [Jeru]Salem also is His tabernacle, and His dwelling place is in Zion.
The One, True, Most High, Living, Almighty God of the Bible, the God of Israel, was renowned (known and admired, widely acclaimed and highly honored) among ALL nations because of His protection, provision and safety over His people, Israel! Should He NOT be MUCH MORE renowned for what He has done for and through us in Jesus? The question is, how will anyone KNOW that the reason for our leading tremendously blessed lives is HIM, unless WE make His Name known? Who have YOU spoken to lately about the Lord of your life? How much thanksgiving and praise have YOU given to HIM in the presence of the very people who need to KNOW? Make the adjustments that you know are needful, and that only YOU can make in your life in order for HIM to become renowned in YOUR hometown! HE is waiting for this, and so are THEY! AMEN!
