Do you REALLY believe Hebrews 4:12?
12 For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart. AMP
The Word of God is FULL of power, the POWER of God! This is the Greek word "energes", which means: active, operative, at work, in action. When we REALLY believe what we just read, we will be unstoppable by the enemy! HE will flee from you (as though in terror)! It takes diligence, though, to get the Word of God in you in the abundance that is necessary to walk in the full expectation of this promise. All that is necessary to realize this is to read through the Gospels and pay special attention to the ministry of Jesus. How many times did He say "Your faith has made you whole"? THAT faith comes from spending time in the Word (Romans 10:17)! Make it YOUR determined purpose today to allow the Word of God to grow in you until faith FLOWS out of you and when YOU speak, things happen! AMEN! THIS is the life God planned before the foundation of the world for us to live (Ephesians 1:4)! Let's get to it! Here is Hillsong with an older song called "Great In Power":
