Notice this from Matthew 28:5-7 and 9-10:
5 But the angel said to the women, Do not be alarmed and frightened, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, Who was crucified. 6 He is not here; He has risen, as He said [He would do]. Come, see the place where He lay. 7 Then go quickly and tell His disciples, He has risen from the dead, and behold, He is going before you to Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.
9 And as they went, behold, Jesus met them and said, Hail (greetings)! And they went up to Him and clasped His feet and worshiped Him. 10 Then Jesus said to them, Do not be alarmed and afraid; go and tell My brethren to go into Galilee, and there they will see Me.
Do you remember 2 Corinthians 13:1b?
1 “By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.”
So, in the verses from Matthew above, it has been established that WOMEN were the first ones sent, by Jesus, no less, to preach the Gospel, the Good News, that the crucified One had risen from the grave! Are you a woman? Then rejoice that you are called to preach the Gospel! Are you a man? Then support the women around you who have been called to preach the Gospel! Have you ever hindered women from preaching the Word of God? Then repent! Change YOUR thinking to agree with God's thinking and sin no more in that area! Amen! I also have a bit of news for you! This is NOT just a New Testament Truth! Look at Psalm 68:11:
11 The Lord gives the word; the women who announce the news are a great host: ESV
11 The Lord gives the command; The women who proclaim the good tidings are a great host: NASB
11 The Lord doth give the saying, The female proclaimers are a numerous host. YLT
