Shalom,
We read Psalm 98 in our Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan for today and I want YOU to see it from the Amplified Bible!
1 O sing to the Lord a new song, for He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have wrought salvation for Him. 2 The Lord has made known His salvation; His righteousness has He openly shown in the sight of the nations. 3 He has [earnestly] remembered His mercy and loving-kindness, His truth and His faithfulness toward the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have witnessed the salvation of our God. 4 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth and sing for joy, yes, sing praises! 5 Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre, with the lyre and the voice of melody. 6 With trumpets and the sound of the horn make a joyful noise before the King, the Lord! 7 Let the sea roar, and all that fills it, the world, and those who dwell in it! 8 Let the rivers clap their hands; together let the hills sing for joy. 9 Before the Lord, for He is coming to judge [and rule] the earth; with righteousness will He judge [and rule] the world, and the peoples with equity.Sing to the LORD a NEW SONG! Why? Because HE has done MARVELOUS things FOR us! When we rejoice every single day for what HE has already done, we are more than prepared to walk in the fullness of the manifestation of HIS GLORY in our lives! Are you READY for this? If not, then you can probably benefit fro THIS in Luke 10 for today! Martha was conplaining to JESUS that her sister Mary was not helping her with all of the work of serving while she was sitting at the feet of JESUS.
39 And she had a sister named Mary, who seated herself at the Lord’s feet and was listening to His teaching. 40 But Martha [overly occupied and too busy] was distracted with much serving; and she came up to Him and said, Lord, is it nothing to You that my sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her then to help me [to lend a hand and do her part along with me]! 41 But the Lord replied to her by saying, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things; 42 There is need of only one or but a few things. Mary has chosen the good portion [that which is to her advantage], which shall not be taken away from her.JESUS said that MARY had made the better choice! She chose the WORD of GOD taught by the LIVING Word of God HIMSELF! You and I must make that very same choice IF we desire to stay in fellowship with HIM! Here, to help you with that, is Hillsong with "Ready Or Not":
Shalom in Him!
