In our Spoken Word Bible Reading Plan for today we read 2 Corinthians 3 and verses 17-18 is what I want to share with you!

17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom).18 And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.

Notice that we are changed, or transfigured, into the image of the Lord WHEN we continue to behold His Glory through the Word of God! The Word of God is the SOURCE for all of the conintued spiritual growth in every born again believer! SO, let's get into the Word of God with a purpose, becoming more like HIM, and then others will SEE and be aware of HIS GLORY in and through US! THAT is OUR PART! HIS is revealing Himself IN US!
