Shalom,

Today I want to share from The Spoken Word Church website devotional!

Expect and Give Favor.

Expect others to respond favorably toward you. Do not build mental images of fear and worry.
Set favor in motion for your own life by planting seeds in the lives of others. Give special attention and favor to others. Become a part of someone's miracle, and it will come back to you.
"A good man obtaineth favour of the Lord: but a man of wicked devices will he condemn." (Proverbs 12:2)
"Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it." (Proverbs 3:27)
One of the most important TRUTHS found in the Word of God is the principle of "Sowing and Reaping"! Galatians 6:7-9 says this:

Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap.

And then 2 Corinthians 9:6-7 says this:
[Remember] this: he who sows sparingly and grudgingly will also reap sparingly and grudgingly, and he who sows generously [that blessings may come to someone] will also reap generously and with blessings. Let each one [give] as he has made up his own mind and purposed in his heart, not reluctantly or sorrowfully or under compulsion, for God loves (He takes pleasure in, prizes above other things, and is unwilling to abandon or to do without) a cheerful (joyous, “prompt to do it”) giver [whose heart is in his giving].

So, when we are speaking about giving favor to others, these verses apply! They are Godly principles that apply to every area of our lives! NOT just in the financial areas, but in every area! What we SOW into someone else IS what we will reap, or harvest, in our own! Let's be planting the right seeds so that our harvest of abundance will be in good and godly things! AMEN! Shalom in Him!
